Family Dog GROUP Obedience Classes

Level One Novice Group Courses:

Tues March 13 at 8:00pm

Sat March 24 at 12:30pm

Wed April 4 at 7:00pm

Tues April 17 at 7:00pm

Sat April 21 at 11:30am

Level 2 Intermediate Classes

Tuesday 6:00 PM

Wednesday 6:00 PM

Thursday 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM

Saturday 10:30 AM

Classes are 45 minutes long each.

Only 10 dogs per class to ensure individual attention,
classes fill fast so enroll now!!

Tuition is $240 for 10 Week Novice group and $550 for 1 year intermediate course.

There are 10 week group classes, 1 year membership and 10 Week Private Lesson that can be booked with dave. Contact dave for details and prices.

Gift Certificates are also available at the  Academy.

Novice Level: Consists Of; how to train your dog in the following area:To heel on leash without pulling,to sit nicely when being petted by someone,to stand for examination so that grooming & Vet visits go smooth, sit stay, down stay,to come when called, the dogs will learn to DROP whatever is in their mouth on command.Hand signals & voice commands are taught.All questions on problem behavior are answered.Everything taught in this course is Essential. Intermediate Level: Consists of; Distraction Proofing the dogs on all obedience commands. Hand signals such as sit, stand, down, come are taught. Sit & down stay with the handler out of sight,drop on recall, the “go out” exercise,food refusal,distance control with introduction to off leash training.Advanced Level: Off Lead Heeling, distraction Proofing all commands learned in earlier levels OFF LEAD, retrieving, some basic agilty to exercise the dogs body & mind.All  Training Routines taught are essential for the FAMILY DOG to live a Happy Healthy & Safe life.

We can provide Presentations and Demonstrations on all phases of Dog Training to any community organizations such as boy scouts, girl guides, service clubs, kennel Clubs at our training facility. Please e-mail or call to arrange a date for your group to come to us or we can come to you. Our Dog Academy is available to assist with fundraising for your organization, please inquire. We feature a large heated indoor training area with plenty of parking for our students, a daytime cafeteria, student lounge, library, Qualified Training Instructors, outdoor training area, comfortable spectator seating area, group & private training lessons for the family dog and owners, Career Dog Trainer Program, Special Seminars on K-9 First Aid, Dog Nutrition, Basic Grooming, K-9 Chiropractic Care with Dr. Susan Langdon, off campus housing for our out of town students. 1-4 week Obedience Training Camps that are geared for the family dog.
Your dog will enjoy boarding & training at our country home.
Training includes: Novice , intermediate or advanced obedience,problem solving,

In-Board Training
Send your dog to us for in-board training for 4 – 8 week programs.
Customized training. Video taping of all the training done will be given to the client.
